
Clinical Applications Specialist β Cardiovascular Ultrasound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
β’ Provide clinical and operational expertise through educational and training support for the cardiovascular ultrasound product range.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in ultrasound and serve as a technical liaison to the sales team.
β’ Enhance technical skills, customer relationships, and business opportunities.
β’ Promote new product features and imaging techniques.
β’ Collaborate with customers to create training plans and strategies that aid in product adoption and ongoing training requirements.
β’ Organize, schedule, and implement objective-driven system training.
β’ Track and report on training results.
β’ Address customer satisfaction concerns and assist with escalations, problem resolution, and specialized training requests.
β’ Build relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize and improve protocols while supporting clinical education initiatives.
β’ Access competitive accounts and convey market intelligence, field concerns, issues, and requirements to the organization.
β’ Offer technical and clinical guidance during the sales process by showcasing ultrasound products, their applications, capabilities, and advantages.
β’ Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of technical/clinical experience in the ultrasound industry.
β’ Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDCS) or CCI registry in Echocardiography.
β’ Proven experience with cardiac ultrasound systems.
β’ Strong comprehension of clinical education training and related process implementation.
β’ Demonstrated ability to convey complex information and adjust messaging according to the audience.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively (over 75% of the time), including 4-5 days per week with 2-3 overnight stays and some weekends, within the United States using various modes of transportation (car, air, train, etc.).
β’ Bachelorβs degree (preferred).
β’ 3-5 years of clinical experience (preferred).
β’ Proven clinical and technical expertise with Vivid products (preferred).
β’ Experience in demonstrating products and solutions to diverse healthcare audiences (preferred).
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset to assist customers and commercial teams in achieving defined goals for demonstrations while understanding the sales process (preferred).
β’ Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of interacting with employees and both internal and external customers at all levels.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
β’ Openness to change and a mindset focused on process improvement.
