This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee system installations, including the setup of hardware and coordination across various departments.
β’ Provide clinical training to surgeons and hospital personnel on the use of systems and related workflows.
β’ Offer on-site support during initial and early cases.
β’ Assist ongoing cases until the site reaches a level of self-sufficiency.
β’ Conduct in-services and refresher training sessions as necessary.
β’ Address technical troubleshooting issues and coordinate maintenance and field service activities.
β’ Maintain documentation for case notes, training records, and field service reports.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs to monitor and evaluate clinical benefits.
β’ Manage inventory and facilitate reordering processes at customer locations.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for clinical and technical support at assigned sites.
β’ Elevate risks and site concerns to leadership as required.
β’ Assist in onboarding new surgeons and staff following implementation.
β’ Carry out regular site check-ins to promote long-term success and growth.
β’ Facilitate the introduction of technology to new users within existing accounts and support case expansion.
β’ Aid in the collection of clinical data.
β’ Assist Sales in territory development initiatives during times of reduced clinical demand.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to transition accounts after purchase.
β’ Coordinate efforts with Engineering, Medical Affairs, and hospital stakeholders.
β’ Help with documentation and minimize the administrative load for Sales.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ At least 2 years of experience as a clinical specialist in the medical device sector or as an operating room nurse.
β’ Preferably, prior experience focusing on breast cancer.
β’ Ideally, experience in either a startup or a medical device organization undergoing a 0-1 growth/go-to-market phase.
β’ Ability to cultivate strong relationships and effectively engage with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
β’ Clinical (operating room) experience.
β’ Proven track record of success.
β’ Must be able to travel up to 75%, or as required.
β’ Familiarity with contemporary sales tools and software.
β’ Demonstrated goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Proven record of performance with clear documentation of achievements.
β’ Must reside in the geographical area of the position or be willing to relocate.
