Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips clients.

• Provide training ranging from basic to intermediate applications in hospitals and clinics within the designated area.

• Offer onsite clinical services, education, and training sessions.

• Assist customers in testing workarounds, integrating clinically, and understanding new solution functionalities.

• Lead and manage the learning experience through customer engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Deliver exceptional onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.

• Update internal teams on project status, challenges, and delays.

• Foster communication and promote collaboration among the learning audience.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions for each modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.

• Tackle and resolve a variety of issues using sound judgment and appropriate strategies.

• Travel approximately 75% of the time, which may include 1–6 hours of daily driving.

• Travel throughout the designated zone, potentially involving overnight stays and air/train/bus travel.

• Conduct work in office/home office settings or in hospital/healthcare environments.

• Safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials while utilizing the required protective equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, delivering clinical training, and/or adult education is highly desirable.

• Current/active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); certification must be held or obtained within 12 months of employment.

• Certificate or associate degree.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.

• A strong passion for technology and education related to patient care.

• Ability to work flexible hours based on business requirements.

• Capability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.

• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.

• Compliance with vendor credentialing may be required.

• US work authorization; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.

• Must live in or be within commuting distance of New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

• Residency in a city within the territory that holds the majority of the customer base is required.

• Must be located within a one-hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport.
