This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of customer application support for the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Technologies portfolio within the designated territory.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Gather and evaluate customer unit operation needs, collaborating with internal subject-matter experts to design tailored protocols.
• Organize and perform pre-sale demonstrations at customer locations, encompassing experimental design, logistics, execution, data collection, and result communication.
• Oversee post-sale implementations, including training, protocol testing, data review, and optimization.
• Lead troubleshooting initiatives, coordinate technical analyses, review results, and communicate conclusions along with recommended actions.
• Provide continuous application support and foster relationships through regular engagement with customers.
• Keep abreast of customers' manufacturing processes, product applications, implementation status, technical challenges, and planned changes.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive and cross-functional teams to meet customer acquisition, utilization, retention, growth, and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product utilization, broaden applications, introduce new offerings, and support instrument placements.
• Record customer activities, protocols, product feedback, training, troubleshooting, technical decisions, and follow-up actions in company systems and CRM.
• Cultivate customer relationships and work alongside Business Development, Field Service, Technical Application Support, Quality, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, workshops, and business events.
• Travel as necessary to support customers and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or a similar field.
• Practical experience in cell culture, cell processing, or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in delivering customer training, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and public speaking engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Effective proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
