Clinical Advisor, Strategic Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal customers to steer clinical direction for enablement, technical documentation, and instructional design.

• Work alongside clinicians throughout the organization to customize enablement and marketing materials for clinical significance and customer value.

• Engage in the complete training lifecycle.

• Develop clinically pertinent workflow scripts for e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations.

• Partner with Strategic Enablement and Marketing to produce marketing resources, job aids, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations.

• Offer strategic clinical education and insights for TMS software products.

• Suggest industry best practices and present clinical evidence to inform enablement priorities.

• Assist in the analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of TMS Medical products and strategic initiatives.

• Utilize knowledge of clinical care, practice standards, patient flow, and operational processes.

• Execute other reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Dietetics, Nursing, Allied Health, Informatics).

• A healthcare license or similar certification is highly preferred, such as Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or Milk Tech.

• Over 3 years of direct clinical experience in a milk lab setting, neonatal intensive care/pediatrics, or clinical informatics.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all TMS software applications and products.

• Capability to interpret, translate, and apply complex technical and clinical information.

• Experience in analyzing clinical and technical requirements to develop enablement strategies.

• Proficiency in writing operational procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead proactive changes in organization and workflow.

• Effective management of deadlines and priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and GDrive.

• Familiarity with screen capture and video editing tools is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Capacity to work remotely with regular cross-departmental collaboration.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to travel occasionally to customer/pilot sites, conferences, and strategic planning meetings in Canada and the USA.
