This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
• Provide technical expertise and clinically supported education to Solventum customers and commercial teams.
• Work collaboratively with sales teams on joint customer initiatives to address business priorities, growth opportunities, and enhance customer engagement across key accounts and dental service organizations.
• Educate dental professionals on the safe and effective application of Solventum products through various formats such as lectures, webinars, hands-on demonstrations, congresses, summits, academies, universities, and association events.
• Enhance the product knowledge of the sales team and assist in training new hires.
• Share insights regarding competitor products, claims, and activities.
• Identify and support local strategic healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and influencers.
• Ensure that customer education, interactions with KOLs, and external activities adhere to local and regional standards, as well as approved content requirements and agreement processes.
• Operate a company vehicle or receive a car allowance based on local policies and motor vehicle history review.
• Function in a field-based capacity throughout Denmark or Norway.
• Travel domestically and internationally within Denmark and Norway up to 50–70% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Danish or Norwegian at a native level, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth product knowledge of the dental solutions product portfolio.
• Capability to deliver clinical education and product demonstrations, including hands-on sessions.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Skill in engaging with dental professionals and internal teams.
• Ability to operate effectively across Denmark and Norway within an international EMEA organization.
• A current and valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in delivering clinical education, product training, webinars, lectures, hands-on sessions, or customer-facing demonstrations in a dental context.
• A customer-focused mindset and strong collaboration abilities.
• Team-oriented with high motivation levels.
• Sales skills are considered an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must provide educational and work history through a resume or application fields.
