This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the creation of adjudication charters and collaborate cross-functionally within the sponsor to secure approval.
• Enhance and refine adjudication workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create training materials focused on endpoints and outcomes adjudication protocols.
• Produce a comprehensive adjudication reference guide for clinical sites.
• Supervise the planning of projects to expedite metric development as required.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to manage the complete adjudication process.
• Establish clear milestones for adjudication and provide regular metrics updates.
• Track progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement proactive measures to meet targets.
• Conduct weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to manage the adjudication process.
• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry as a Clinical Project Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in outcomes adjudication and patient enrollment within the pharmaceutical or CRO sectors.
• Strong expertise in managing the adjudication process, ideally with experience in late-phase cardiovascular studies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in developing and executing patient retention strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.
• Proficient in trial management systems as well as MS Project (or equivalent project management software).
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines/directives.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
