Clinical Accreditation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and implementing accreditation standards in practical applications.

• Drive accreditation preparedness initiatives, which include gap analyses, policy formulation, and survey readiness.

• Assist clients with mock audits, corrective action planning, and maintaining ongoing compliance.

• Create tools, templates, and processes that facilitate scalable and sustainable compliance.

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to synchronize approaches and priorities.

• Provide training and continuous education regarding accreditation standards.

• Identify potential risks, suggest solutions, and promote continuous improvement throughout quality programs.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards.

• Support leading pharmacy programs through impactful, advisory-driven work.

• Influence the delivery of accreditation support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).

• Active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing.

• Over 3 years of experience in pharmacy (hospital, specialty, or related fields).

• Background in compliance, audits, or quality initiatives.

• Familiarity with URAC or ACHC accreditation is preferred.

• Experience in people or project management.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders.

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think beyond binary solutions.

• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to accept feedback and improve.

• Capacity to balance quality, efficiency, and competing demands.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms.

• Data entry and computer skills will be assessed as part of the pre-employment screening process.

• Must be eligible to work as a U.S. pharmacist with an active license in good standing.
