This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the main contact for a significant volume of established accounts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes and effective patient monitoring workflows.
• Meet designated sales and utilization goals within specified accounts.
• Implement quarterly business strategies with targeted activities and growth initiatives.
• Perform account check-ins to assess performance, identify challenges, and discover new opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and engage in educational sessions.
• Share competitive insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Offer coverage for Territory Managers during PTO, meetings, and high-demand periods.
• Keep CRM documentation current, including activity notes, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, APPs, heart failure clinics, and administrative staff.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews alongside Territory Managers.
• Assist in optimizing workflows for patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot remote monitoring and workflow challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide occasional procedural case support for the wider territory.
• Train and educate clinical personnel, heart failure clinics, and administrators.
• Participate in product in-services and aid in clinical data collection efforts.
• Maintain competency in product knowledge, heart failure, and CardioMEMS.
• Comply with FDA, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of sales, account plans, expenses, and clinical interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (inside or field).
• Strong consultative selling abilities, including identifying needs, asking strategic questions, and proposing solutions that enhance utilization growth.
• Proven record of achieving ≥100% of goals in the most recent performance year.
• Experience in interacting with clinicians and administrators.
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical and technical presentations to groups of 10–50 stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Preferred knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and payment pathways.
• Experience with leading MedTech organizations is preferred.
• 1–2 years of commercial experience is preferred.
• Background in Cardiology/HF/EP/Structural Heart or remote monitoring is preferred.
• Previous involvement in value analysis or committee-based selling is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cath lab/OR workflows and basic procedural support experience is preferred.
