This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the main contact for a large portfolio of established accounts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes and monitor patient workflows effectively.
• Meet established sales and utilization goals within assigned accounts.
• Implement quarterly business strategies that focus on activity objectives and growth initiatives.
• Perform regular account check-ins to assess program performance, identify challenges, and discover new opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and engage in educational sessions.
• Gather competitive insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Offer support for Territory Managers during their time off, meetings, and peak demand periods.
• Keep accurate CRM records, including activity notes, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), heart failure clinics, and administrators.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts alongside Territory Managers.
• Assist in optimizing workflows for patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring.
• Provide technical assistance for remote monitoring issues and workflow obstacles.
• Occasionally support procedural cases for priority accounts.
• Train and educate new clinical staff, heart failure clinics, and administrative personnel.
• Participate in product in-services and assist with clinical data collection.
• Cultivate expertise in product, heart failure, and CardioMEMS.
• Comply with FDA, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, account strategies, expenses, and clinical interactions.
• Work collaboratively with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare sector (either inside or field).
• Strong consultative selling abilities, including identifying needs, asking strategic questions, and presenting solutions that enhance utilization growth.
• Proven record of achieving ≥100% of goals in the latest performance year.
• Experience interacting with clinicians and administrators, particularly in heart failure clinics and service line leadership roles.
• Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce, as well as Excel/analytics and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical and technical presentations to groups of 10–50 stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the reimbursement landscape and payment pathways is preferred.
• Experience with top MedTech companies is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of commercial experience is preferred.
• Background in Cardiology, Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, or remote monitoring is preferred.
• Prior experience in value analysis or committee-based selling is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cath lab/OR workflows and basic procedural support experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
