
Clinical Account Executive – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Analyze territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Manage resources judiciously to achieve sustainable business impact across in-field teams.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Complete all necessary AbbVie training.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Experience in oncology, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistence and resilience with a solid history of success in challenging settings.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may entail background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management in any sector is preferred.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• People management or leadership experience is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
