This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
β’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Promote the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
β’ Enhance execution and responsibly allocate resources.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Complete necessary AbbVie training.
β’ Continuously improve clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Resilience and determination with a proven record of success in demanding environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.
β’ Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Willingness to undertake regular business travel via air or car.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in Account Management is preferred.
β’ Specialty Pharmacy experience is preferred.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
β’ MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
