This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the Madison, Wisconsin area.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Promote the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
β’ Work in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
β’ Complete all necessary AbbVie training and ensure adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics fields.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strategic understanding of customers, key accounts, and market dynamics.
β’ Quick learner of complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
β’ Capable of distilling intricate clinical and business concepts into clear, persuasive points.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Persistence and resilience with a strong history of success in challenging situations.
β’ Must be able to drive a personal vehicle or company vehicle.
β’ Valid driver's license is required.
β’ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Must complete required training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal requirements.
β’ Regular travel for business purposes by air or car is expected.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management is preferred.
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
