This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Milwaukee region.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics.
• Enhance execution throughout the territory.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete mandated training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously improve clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote the brand objectives and business goals of Imbruvica and Epkinly.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and determination with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a personal or company vehicle.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and satisfy safe driving standards.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Regular business travel by air or car is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in oncology, specialty, or other pharmaceutical fields.
• Experience in account management across any industry.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry.
• People management or other leadership experience is a plus.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
