This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Enhance patient outcomes while promoting the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-oriented engagements by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Reside within and cover the field-based territory, including Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Everett, North Creek, Cottage Lake, Seattle, SeaTac, Tacoma, Lakewood, Des Moines, Wenatchee, Spokane, and neighboring areas.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Experience in oncology, preferably in hematologic malignancies.
• Proven track record of outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong strategic business acumen and account-planning skills.
• Capability to comprehend and apply complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Persistence and determination with a history of success in challenging settings.
• Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe-driving requirements.
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is preferred.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
