This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic leader within the designated territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.
• Fulfill necessary training requirements and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Pursue continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to function effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging settings.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies.
• Account management experience in any industry.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles involving patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• Possession of an MBA or other advanced degree.
