This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
β’ Provide compliant, customer-oriented interactions by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences
β’ Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions
β’ Fulfill all mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
β’ Support brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager
β’ Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities
β’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
β’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging environments
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck
β’ Valid driver's license
β’ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards
β’ Frequent business travel by air or car
β’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably related to hematologic malignancies (preferred)
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferred)
β’ Experience in Account Management across any sector (preferred)
β’ Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred)
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms (preferred)
β’ Leadership experience or people management skills (preferred)
β’ MBA or another advanced degree (preferred)
