πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory

β€’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements

β€’ Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders

β€’ Provide compliant, customer-oriented interactions by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences

β€’ Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions

β€’ Fulfill all mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines

β€’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills

β€’ Support brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products

β€’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager

β€’ Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics

β€’ Strong competitive selling abilities

β€’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

β€’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging environments

β€’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck

β€’ Valid driver's license

β€’ Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards

β€’ Frequent business travel by air or car

β€’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination

β€’ Experience in oncology, preferably related to hematologic malignancies (preferred)

β€’ Bachelor's degree (preferred)

β€’ Experience in Account Management across any sector (preferred)

β€’ Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred)

β€’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms (preferred)

β€’ Leadership experience or people management skills (preferred)

β€’ MBA or another advanced degree (preferred)
