This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements
• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Provide compliant and customer-centered engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure coordinated customer experiences
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures
• Continually enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics industries
• Strong competitive selling skills
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of achievement in challenging environments
• Access to personal or company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria
• Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Regular business travel by air or car required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred
• Account management experience in any field is preferred
• Experience with specialty pharmacy is preferred
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred
• Leadership experience in people management or other areas is preferred
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
