This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill mandatory training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continually enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote Imbruvica and Epkinly brand objectives and business targets.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Experience in oncology, particularly within hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven record in demanding environments.
• Must be able to operate a personal vehicle or a company car or truck.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Capable of fulfilling healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in account management across any industry is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience or people management is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
