This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics.
• Enhance execution across the territory.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer communications.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to work in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and determination with a proven history of success in demanding environments.
• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business by air or car.
• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of vaccination/immunization.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Account management experience in any sector.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy operations.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree is a plus.
