This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with the brand strategy and meets local customer demands.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant and customer-oriented engagements using extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide a unified customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, promoting CLL and NHL Oncology Products while improving patient outcomes.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel around 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to work within a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Resilience and determination with a proven history of success in challenging situations.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or automobile.
• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, especially concerning hematologic malignancies.
• Account Management experience in any sector.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting with healthcare firms.
• People management or other leadership experience.
• MBA or another advanced degree is desirable.
