This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Provide compliant, customer-oriented engagements leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction
• Fulfill necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Support the brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
• Ambition and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers
• Strong competitive selling abilities

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving talents
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations
• Access to personal auto, company car, or truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards
• Regular business travel by air or car is required
• Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience in Account Management across any industry
• Background in Specialty Pharmacy
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting for healthcare companies
• Leadership experience or people management skills
• MBA or another advanced degree
