This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.
β’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory, driving CLL and NHL oncology product objectives and business targets.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ A strong desire and capability to advance into larger roles more quickly than peers.
β’ Proven competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to function effectively within a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a successful track record in demanding environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck for transportation.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
β’ Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
β’ Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in Account Management is a plus.
β’ Background in Specialty Pharmacy is desirable.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or advising healthcare companies, is preferred.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is a plus.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
