
Clinical Account Executive β Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Reside within the designated field-based territory, which includes Philadelphia, Pottstown, Norristown, Camden, Chester, Doylestown, and the surrounding areas.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
β’ Establish strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance by analyzing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete the necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Cultivate clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
β’ Travel approximately 25% of the time.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging situations.
β’ Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently by air or car.
β’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ Background in account management is preferred.
β’ Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
β’ Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
β’ People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
