This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Reside within the designated field-based territory, which includes Philadelphia, Pottstown, Norristown, Camden, Chester, Doylestown, and the surrounding areas.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory.

β€’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.

β€’ Establish strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.

β€’ Assess territory performance by analyzing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

β€’ Complete the necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.

β€’ Cultivate clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

β€’ Travel approximately 25% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

β€’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging situations.

β€’ Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.

β€’ Valid driver's license required.

β€’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.

β€’ Willingness to travel frequently by air or car.

β€’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.

β€’ Background in account management is preferred.

β€’ Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.

β€’ Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

β€’ People management or other leadership experience is preferred.

β€’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
