This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide synchronized customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Consistently enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, advancing CLL and NHL oncology product goals while enhancing patient outcomes.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Proven track record of exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid history in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Experience in oncology, preferably related to hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Account Management experience in any sector (preferred).
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
