This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Long Island region regarding CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Analyze territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continually improve clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel about 25% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
• Must have the ability to drive a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Must fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Ability to travel frequently by air or car.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
• Experience in account management across any industry is preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially with patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Management of people or other leadership experience is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
