This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
β’ Enhance patient outcomes while supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Cultivate trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical expertise.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer interactions.
β’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Commit to continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Ambition and capability to assume larger roles more swiftly than peers.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of achieving success in demanding environments.

β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Capability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving regulations.
β’ Willingness to travel for business frequently by air or car.
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies (preferred).
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
β’ Experience in Account Management in any industry (preferred).
β’ Background in Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
β’ MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
β’ Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
