This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader for AbbVie’s CLL and NHL Oncology Products within the designated territory.

• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and significant account stakeholders.

• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

• Assess the territory's performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.

• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.

• Engage in continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.

• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.

• Proficient competitive selling skills.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments.

• Access to a personal or company vehicle.

• A valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

• Willingness to travel regularly for business via air or car.

• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies (preferred).

• A bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Experience in account management across any sector (preferred).

• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy (preferred).

• Background in the healthcare industry, especially working with patients or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).

• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).

• An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
