This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.

• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide cohesive customer experiences.

• Analyze territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.

• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

• Eagerness and capability to assume larger roles more rapidly than peers.

• Strong competitive selling skills.

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven track record in demanding environments.

• Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.

• Valid driver's license is essential.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

• Regular travel for business by air or car is necessary.

• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Oncology experience is preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in account management across any industry.

• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy is a plus.

• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare firms.

• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is advantageous.

• An MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
