This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory focused on CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Proven competitive selling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is advantageous.
• Experience in account management across any industry is beneficial.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Leadership experience, such as people management, is advantageous.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
