This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
β’ Establish trusting relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
β’ Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory, supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven success record in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
β’ Valid driver's license necessary.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and comply with safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car for business purposes.
β’ Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology, especially in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ Preferred experience in account management.
β’ Experience in specialty pharmacy is desirable.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.
β’ Preferred experience in people management or other leadership roles.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
