This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with the brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Foster reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a synchronized customer experience.
• Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as a strategic leader within the territory to improve patient outcomes, further the organization’s mission, and support CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging circumstances.
• Personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car for business purposes.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Account Management experience in any field (preferred).
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
