
Clinical Account Executive – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-oriented engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Consistently advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistence and resilience with a proven record of success in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck along with a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving requirements.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Eligibility to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, including potential background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in account management (preferred).
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
