This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
β’ Formulate and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer demands.
β’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Promote the business objectives and goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics.
β’ Enhance execution across the territory.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
β’ Fulfill mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Commit to the continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Reside in and cover the territory, including Boise, Salt Lake City, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strategic business insight across customer segments, key accounts, and market dynamics.
β’ Capability to swiftly learn and apply intricate scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
β’ Skill in distilling complex clinical and business ideas into clear, persuasive points.
β’ Traits of resilience, adaptability, persistence, and a solutions-focused mindset.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β’ Must have a personal vehicle or access to a company car or truck.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Must comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Willingness to engage in regular business travel by air or car.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management in any industry is preferred.
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
β’ People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
