πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.

β€’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to provide cohesive customer experiences.

β€’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.

β€’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.

β€’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint, Michigan territory.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.

β€’ Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

β€’ A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.

β€’ Exceptional competitive selling skills.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven track record in challenging environments.

β€’ Personal vehicle, company car, or truck is required.

β€’ A valid driver’s license is necessary.

β€’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

β€’ Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.

β€’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ Oncology experience is preferred, especially in hematologic malignancies.

β€’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Experience in account management is preferred.

β€’ Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.

β€’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly with patients or healthcare companies, is preferred.

β€’ Leadership experience or people management is preferred.

β€’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
