This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.

• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement.

• Fulfill necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Support the brand's objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.

• Report to the Senior District Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

• A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than colleagues.

• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven track record of overcoming challenges.

• Possession of a personal or company vehicle.

• A valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.

• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.

• Preferred: Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.

• Preferred: A bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: Experience in account management across any industry.

• Preferred: Background in specialty pharmacy.

• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, especially dealing with patients or consulting healthcare firms.

• Preferred: Experience in people management or other leadership roles.

• Preferred: An MBA or other advanced degree.

• Must comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
