This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders in accounts.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Fulfill necessary training requirements and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Support the brand's objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid track record in demanding environments.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Capacity to drive a personal vehicle or a company car or truck.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
• Account Management experience is preferred.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Leadership or people management experience is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
