This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance using data analytics, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Travel frequently by air or car within the specified territory.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Eagerness and capability to advance into larger roles more rapidly than peers.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck is required.
• Valid driver's license is a must.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to engage in regular business travel by air or car.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, especially in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in Account Management (preferred).
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or other advanced degrees (preferred).
