πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.

β€’ Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategies and local customer requirements.

β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

β€’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business metrics to enhance execution.

β€’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

β€’ Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.

β€’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

β€’ Support the brand's objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.

β€’ Travel approximately 25% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

β€’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

β€’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations.

β€’ Ability to operate a personal vehicle or company car or truck.

β€’ Valid driver's license.

β€’ Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

β€’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.

β€’ Ability to comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may encompass background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

β€’ Motivation and capability to assume larger roles quicker than peers.

β€’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Oncology experience, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.

β€’ Experience in Account Management is preferred.

β€’ Specialty Pharmacy experience is preferred.

β€’ Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare firms, is preferred.

β€’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.

β€’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
