
Clinical Account Executive, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver integrated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer interactions.
β’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and adhere to company policies along with OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Travel approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ A strong desire and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
β’ Proven competitive selling skills.
β’ Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a strong history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
β’ Valid driver's license is necessary.
β’ Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel frequently by air or car.
β’ Must reside within the territory, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Florida, and neighboring areas.
β’ Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management is preferred.
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.
β’ Leadership experience or people management is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
