This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and meets local customer demands.
β’ Establish trusted connections with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centered interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer feedback, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement.
β’ Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal protocols.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Act as the strategic leader within the territory, supporting brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Determination and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging settings.
β’ Personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.
β’ Valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes by air or car.
β’ Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug tests, and proof of vaccinations.
β’ Oncology experience, especially in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management across any industry is preferred.
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
