This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centered interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by analyzing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, supporting brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tenacity and determination, with a history of success in challenging environments.
• Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car or truck.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business via air or car.
• Must meet the healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology is preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in account management across any industry is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly with patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies is preferred.
• Leadership experience or people management is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
