This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory

• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements

• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders

• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions backed by extensive scientific and clinical knowledge

• Support the goals and business objectives for the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences

• Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics

• Enhance execution based on territory performance and market insights

• Uphold integrity, compliance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures

• Complete all mandatory AbbVie training

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics

• Experience in oncology, ideally in hematologic malignancies

• Proven track record of outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership

• Strategic business insight across customers, key accounts, and market trends

• Capacity to quickly learn and implement complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting

• Resilience and determination with a history of success in demanding environments

• Validity to drive a personal vehicle or company car/truck

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards

• Capacity to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing prerequisites, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination

• Regular business travel by air or car is required

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Preference for experience in oncology, specialty, or other pharmaceutical fields

• Preference for experience in account management

• Preference for experience in specialty pharmacy

• Preference for experience in the healthcare industry

• Preference for experience in people management or other leadership roles

• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
