This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology region.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders in accounts.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by leveraging data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in customer engagements.
• Complete all necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• A strong desire and capability to assume larger responsibilities more quickly than peers.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid track record in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company-provided car/truck.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
• Account management experience in any sector.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially involving patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
