
Clinical Account Executive – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide coordinated experiences for customers.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership competencies.
• Support brand objectives and business goals pertaining to CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.

• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies, is desirable.
• Experience in account management across any industry.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy practices.
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• MBA or another advanced degree is advantageous.
