
Clinical Account Executive β Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics.
β’ Enhance execution strategies based on territory performance and customer feedback.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously advance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Support brand goals and business objectives for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics fields.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven record in challenging situations.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
β’ Valid driver's license is mandatory.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and fulfill safe driving criteria.
β’ Willingness to travel for business purposes by air or car.
β’ Compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology is preferred, specifically in hematologic malignancies.
β’ Preferred experience in Account Management.
β’ Preferred background in Specialty Pharmacy.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
β’ Leadership or people management experience is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
