
Clinical Account Executive ā Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
⢠Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
⢠Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
⢠Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
⢠Complete mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies, as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Engage in continuous development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.
⢠Capacity to assume larger roles more quickly than colleagues.
⢠Proficiency in working within a highly collaborative team environment.
⢠Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
⢠Tenacity and resilience with a proven history in challenging settings.
⢠Personal vehicle or company car/truck.
⢠Valid driver's license.
⢠Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
⢠Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Willingness to travel for business purposes by air or car.
⢠Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
⢠Bachelorās degree (preferred).
⢠Experience in account management (preferred).
⢠Background in specialty pharmacy (preferred).
⢠Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
⢠Leadership or management experience (preferred).
⢠MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
