This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-oriented interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer engagement.
• Fulfill mandatory training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Pursue continuous development in clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Support brand objectives and business targets for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Travel frequently by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Ambition and capability to assume larger roles more rapidly than peers.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Determination and resilience, with a proven record of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Ability to comply with healthcare industry representative credentialing prerequisites, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Previous oncology experience, particularly in hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in Account Management across any industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies (preferred).
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
