This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and local customer requirements
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure cohesive customer experiences
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Complete mandatory training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Support brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL Oncology Products
• Travel regularly by air or car, approximately 25% of the time
• Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
• Strong competitive selling abilities
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving competencies
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging environments
• Personal vehicle or company-provided car/truck
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria
• Willingness to travel regularly for business by air or car
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in Account Management across any industry (preferred)
• Specialty Pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Background in the healthcare industry, especially working with patients or advising healthcare firms (preferred)
• Leadership experience or people management (preferred)
• MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
