
Clinical Account Executive β Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated oncology territory.
β’ Enhance patient outcomes while supporting brand objectives and business goals for CLL and NHL oncology products.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to offer coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Complete all necessary AbbVie training.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Travel regularly by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.
β’ Proven capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a solid history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or access to a company car or truck.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
β’ Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
β’ Capability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ Oncology experience, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is a plus.
β’ Experience in Account Management across any industry.
β’ Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy is desirable.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
β’ An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
